At Shelter.Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech; if your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories and serial numbers intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Shelter.Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Return Item' button to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Safely pack the electronic device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective foam are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
